Streaming Large Files on Local Network

Hi,

I recently had a powerful Android box, called M8, very common and popular. However when streaming large videos through local network (i.e.14gb mkv files), the box would not handle them. I sold it and now looking into the Minix X8-H Plus. Is the minix x8-H plus able to play 14gb files over network share (wired) ?
